About Cynthia

Cynthia Hernandez is our lead attorney. Ms. Hernandez received her law degree from Florida State University in 2005. She started her career at the Pinellas County Public Defenders Office. She later founded Hernandez Family Law and handled hundreds of cases in family, immigration, and criminal law. Ms. Hernandez understands divorce intimately and found her passion because she understands and empathizes with what her clients are going through. She now practices exclusively in the area of family law. Her approach helps her connect and find solutions for everyone involved. Ms. Hernandez is a member of the Stann Givens Inn for Family Law in Hillsborough County and the Canakaris Inn for Family Law in Pinellas County. She is a member of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of Hillsborough County Bar Association and a graduate of the HCBA Bar Leadership Institute. In her free time, you’ll find her in her barn doting on her horse Lagatha or at home taking an obsessive amount of pictures of her three Chihuahuas, Zoe, Gidget and Rocky.

About Kristie

Kristie Jones has been a family law paralegal since 1999. She has gained valuable experience over the years in all aspects of family law cases and has always worked closely with the clients to assist them with their legal needs. She is very professional and caring with our clients and will be there to help them through the process. Kristie is very patient and loves working with our family law clients. On her free time Kristie loves to dote on her new rescue pup Luna.

About Brittany

Brittany Lindsay is an attorney and a Tampa Native. A graduate of WMU-Cooley Law, Brittany is passionate about fighting for the best interest of children. Brittany is a foster parent well-versed in dependency and familiar with the interworking of DCF. Brittany received her M.B.A. and B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Florida. In her previous career, Brittany was a financial planner and student loan specialist. With her background, Brittany is our finance expert helping seek ideal equitable distributions in dissolutions of marriage cases. In her free time, Brittany enjoys watching Lightning games, spending time with her two year old daughter, husband, and their two pups, or volunteering at the YMCA.

About Mario

Mario, our legal assistant will be happy to help you when you call our office. Mario worked as a customer support agent for 5 years before joining our firm, he prides himself in providing an effortless experience with every interaction, and he’s currently studying Computer Systems Engineering. Mario is fluent in English and Spanish. In his free time he loves to compose music and play guitar.

About Adrian

Our legal assistant, Adrielner “Adrian” Pinto, loves spending time communicating with clients to help them with questions and helping them through their time of need. He previously worked as web developer and social media manager, a medical assistant, and as an English-Spanish translator . He is enthusiastic, caring, empathetic and loves spending time with our clients to help them get organized and prepared for their case. He loves spending time with his family, going to church, playing music, reading, and going to the gym.
