Cynthia Hernandez, Esq.

Cynthia is a highly skilled and aggressive family law attorney that will fight for her clients rights. Cynthia is a Qualified Parenting Coordinator, Certified Guardian Ad Litem and a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator . As someone who has experienced the difficulty of a divorce herself, Cynthia has a unique understanding of the process and emotional toll divorce and custody battles can take on spouses and children. Cynthia’s office is LGBTQ+ friendly and very experienced in handling same sex divorces, surrogacy and child timesharing matters.

Cynthia previously worked as a Public Defender in Pinellas County with an unprecedented winning trial record and leading the office in Pinellas County for the most trials during her tenure. She then opened her own office and focused her legal practice to Family Law 2007.

Cynthia Hernandez obtained her B.A. from the University of South Florida, and her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
